In 1999 he co-founded Workshare Ltd and served as Chief Technology Officer and head of R&D until 2008. During this time Workshare attained over 14,000 blue-chip customers in 65 countries, raised three rounds of investment capital and won numerous industry awards including the much-prized Microsoft Global ISV of The Year Award 2007.

LUKE DAVIES, co-founder of Tyger, is a proven master in high tech selling. He holds an MBA from Imperial College, University of London. Luke knows how to walk the talk of 'sales mastery' having co-founded Workshare, developed the sales function and annual revenue from zero to $US 20million. Sandler Training clients include Oracle, IBM, and Experian.

JOSHUA GILBERTSON, Director of Sandler Training in London grew his consulting career with a demanding and ambitious client base spanning from SME's to global organizations such as Peugeot, Unichem and HSBC. Joshua is known for bringing his systemized, achievable, hands on, 'real world, in the trenches', hard-hitting approach to marketing.
